Job Summary:
We are seeking two skilled Cloud Automation Engineers to join the SWA team, focused on automating and testing cloud-based products, particularly around containerization and CI/CD pipelines. The role will involve developing and executing test automation frameworks, validating AWS Lambda functions, monitoring via CloudWatch, and utilizing Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC).
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test cases for cloud-native applications and containerized services.
- Test and validate AWS Lambda functions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Integrate monitoring solutions using Amazon CloudWatch for application health checks and metrics validation.
- Create and manage cloud infrastructure using Terraform following best practices in infrastructure as code.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of automation frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation scripts, cloud infrastructure, and deployments.
- Document test cases, frameworks, and infrastructure changes clearly and comprehensively.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with AWS services, especially Lambda and CloudWatch.
- Strong proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- understanding of containerization technologies
- Experience in automating and validating cloud-native applications.
- Good understanding of cloud security best practices and monitoring.
