SAP S4 CRM Consultant
100% Remote

Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in the full project lifecycle of SAP CRM implementations, including project preparation, business blueprint, realization, testing, go-live, and support.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA CRM modules, including sales, service, marketing, and customer interaction center.
- Design and implement CRM processes, workflows, and functionalities to optimize business operations.
- Integrate SAP CRM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, MM, FI/CO) and external systems.
- Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide end-user training and support.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including functional specifications, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP CRM-related issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA CRM functionalities, trends, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of CRM solutions with overall business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on CRM processes and system capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of [Number] years of experience as an SAP CRM Consultant with a focus on SAP S/4HANA.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA CRM modules and functionalities.
- Strong experience in SAP CRM configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Experience with integrating SAP CRM with other SAP modules and external systems.
- Solid understanding of CRM business processes and best practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- SAP CRM certification is a plus.
- ABAP debugging skills is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- Experience with CRM analytics and reporting.
- Project management experience.
