We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Developer with a strong focus on Core HR and Compensation modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring, developing, and supporting Oracle HCM applications to deliver scalable and high-quality HR technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, and support Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Compensation modules.
Implement and maintain Fast Formulas to support business rules and calculations.
Build and customize personalization s for transition pages to streamline user experience.
Develop and manage reporting solutions using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and BI Publisher.
Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues, optimize system performance, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Core HR and Compensation focus).
Expertise in Fast Formulas, page personalization s, OTBI, and BI Publisher.
Proven track record of working on HR technology projects, preferably in a consulting or enterprise environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with additional Oracle HCM modules (Benefits, Absence, Talent, Payroll) is a plus.
Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s).
