Job Details

Join a dynamic team as a Salesforce Application Developer, where you'll have the opportunity to design and implement innovative solutions for a leading advisory group. This fully remote position offers a chance to leverage your expertise in Salesforce development in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, evaluating standard versus custom options to meet business needs.
  • Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions for the team.
  • Engage in client discussions, providing technical advice and support.
  • Participate in technical design sessions, preparing necessary documentation and architectural diagrams.
  • Collaborate with tech pod leads to support offshore teams and manage project delivery.
  • Provide guidance on APEX, LWC, and Omni, offering solutions for developers and team leads.

Skills

  • Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions with integration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce development and architectural best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions effectively.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC) is advantageous.
  • Background in working with diverse technical teams and managing sprint momentum.
