Job Description

The position in question is the Knowledge and Cyber Lead, a role that is pivotal for the strategic oversight, organization, and continuous improvement of our knowledge base, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity awareness and best practices. This role is essential for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and alignment of Global Service Desk processes with security protocols.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Driving cybersecurity awareness by integrating threat prevention and response guidance into knowledge materials.
  • Identifying documentation gaps and proactively addressing opportunities to reduce recurring incidents and improve service delivery.
  • Coordinating with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to stay informed on security initiatives and incorporate them into user-facing support resources.
  • Providing training and mentorship to help desk agents on documentation standards and cybersecurity best practices.
  • Offering GSD support by handling inbound calls (up to 50% of the time).
