Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled UX Designer to design intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and business requirements into engaging, accessible, and high-impact user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, usability studies, interviews, surveys, and heuristic evaluations

  • Translate business and user requirements into wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes

  • Design end-to-end UX journeys for web and mobile applications

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, and UI Designers

  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UX documentation

  • Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on insights and feedback

  • Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards (WCAG)

  • Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization

  • Support developers during implementation to ensure design fidelity

  • Analyze user behavior and metrics to continuously improve user experience

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field

  • 4+ years of professional experience in UX Design

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, problem-solving, and outcomes

  • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, or InVision

  • Solid understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and usability principles

  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing

  • Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
