Job Details
Title: Assistant Standard I - Front Desk Coordinator
Duration: 12 Months - Long Term
Location: Washington, DC 20433 (100% onsite per week from Day1)
The candidate selected will be acting as a front desk person in our tech support center, greeting walk-ins, helping them checking-in, triaging requests, providing information, and quick assistance. This person will have access to ServiceNow and other clients systems to perform some clerical tasks, and to support the team of technicians in client s Main Complex.
Ideal candidate:
- Have a strong experience in customer service.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Exposure or interest in Tech/ Mobile devices.
- Self-motivated, organized, and adapt quickly to changes.
