Local to Miami or within 60 miles
QC Test Lead with a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion applications to lead the testing lifecycle, ensure quality delivery, and support defect management across projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the test strategy for Oracle Fusion implementations

Oversee test planning, execution, and reporting
-
Manage a team of QA analysts (onshore/offshore)

Ensure alignment with business requirements and functional specs

Lead UAT efforts and collaborate with business users
Qualifications:
-
9+ years of QA/QC experience
-
2+ years of experience testing Oracle Fusion applications

Strong understanding of test tools (e.g., ALM, Jira, Selenium)

Excellent communication and leadership skills
