Job Description:
- Jira Cloud Forge Developer.
- This is not a position for a Jira administrator wanting to be a developer, or a developer without the following requirements.
- Must be an existing experienced Jira Forge developer that would hit the ground running.
- Proven experience developing Jira Cloud Forge applications, focusing on the following modules but not limited to; global pages, workflow validators, custom fields, panels, UI modifications.
- Strong hands-on experience with Jira REST APIs and integrating Jira with external systems.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React (UI Kit or Custom UI) for Forge app development.
- Ability to design and implement custom business logic, validation rules, and workflow extensions.
- Familiarity with Forge storage, resolvers, queues, and event-driven functions.
- Solid understanding of Jira framework and project configuration including but not limited to work item types, screens, fields, workflows, permissions, and their associated schemes.
- Solid understanding of application development best practices, including secure coding and scalable API usage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver tailored Jira solutions.
