Job Details

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end architecture and design of AEM-based solutions
Define AEM component architecture, templates, workflows, and content models
Provide technical leadership to development teams and review code quality
Design integrations with third-party systems, APIs, and Adobe Marketing Cloud tools
Establish best practices for performance, security, scalability, and maintainability
Guide migration and upgrade projects (AEM 6.x, AEM as a Cloud Service)
Collaborate with business stakeholders, UX, DevOps, and QA teams
Mentor developers and contribute to technical documentation
Participate in pre-sales, estimations, and solution proposals when required

Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.x / AEMaaCS)
Expertise in OSGi, Sling, JCR, HTL (Sightly), Java, Maven
Experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Workflows, MSM
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, Microservices, and Integrations
Experience with Cloud Manager, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jenkins
Understanding of Web Performance Optimization and Security Standards
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications
Adobe AEM Architect or Developer Certification
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Target, Launch
Knowledge of React, Angular, or other frontend frameworks
Prior experience in large-scale enterprise implementations
