Job Description
Principal Oracle Cloud HCM Developer
The Principal ERP Developer provides technical development services throughout the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design specification, code development, unit test, integration, and acceptance testing and implementation support. The products produced by the Principal Developer broadly apply to the application customizations and enhancements, integration and interfaces, conversions, reporting and business/technical automated workflows. Possesses a functional business process knowledge in one or more areas of Human Resources (Absence Management, Benefits, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Retirement, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management). Works with an expert knowledge of IT architectures including SaaS and PaaS cloud technologies including database, networking, and security principles to interpret business requirements and design and develop technology architecture. Principal Developer can lead project and work teams and mentors and assist others in support of applications, projects and provides expert guidance in tools, methodologies, standards, and best practices. Collaborate with team members, program management, stakeholders, and Business Analysts to create innovative end-to-end experiences from POC to the final product.

Please note the following important details regarding this position:
- This role is a hybrid position, working a combination of in office / work from home weekly
- The weekly hybrid work schedule will be defined by manager and departmental needs
- Flexibility to work a rotational on-call schedule to support system availability, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure continuity of IT operations outside of standard business hours.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services
- 10 or more years of experience working as a systems analyst developer
- 2 or more years of experience supporting finance, human resources, supply chain or pay roll, Kronos, and Time Attendance modules of large ERP
- 4 or more years of experience working with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM)
- Strong experience with Java Enterprise (JEE) programming
- Experience with the following technologies: Oracle ADF, MAF, JET, OCS containers, micro-services
- Experience with test automation
- Experience with continuous integration tools such as Hudson
- Strong public cloud infrastructure background, Oracle, AWS, MS Azure, Google, OpenStack variants
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree In Information Services, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or a related IS or healthcare field of study
- 5 or more years of experience supporting Oracle Cloud / e-business HCM, Payroll, Supply Chain, and/or Finance
- 6 or more years of experience supporting Kronos workforce management (v7 & above) applications (Timekeeper, Advanced Scheduler, Attestation, Analytics)
- 4 or more years of experience with custom Kronos report development (SSRS)
- 3 or more years of experience supporting Oracle HCM modules (Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits and Retirement)
- Strong experience Oracle HCM Cloud Tech skills across Data Loader, Integrations (Inbound & Outbound), Extensions, Reports (BIP, OTBI), Extracts and Fast Formulas
- Experience with Middleware technologies in general, demonstrated knowledge in platforms (preferably OIC), integration patterns and orchestration development
- Experience in personalization and customization of HCM application pages
- Hands on experience with SQL, PL/SQL, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems related to Oracle HCM Cloud
- Ability to support Oracle HCM Cloud product releases, new features, and industry best practices to recommend enhancements and optimize system performance
- Experience in Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) development
- Experience in customization of Redwood pages
- Experience in API development and management
