Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enterprise Sales Solutions, building end-to-end sales solutions to enable sales growth.
  • Support enterprise business process standardization efforts ahead of sales platform solution development.
  • Develop interim processes and workarounds for sales platform solution

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

  • Key Skills; Process Improvement, Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, Process Mapping, Business flow, Lucid Charts
  • Process improvement
  • Change management
  • Process Mapping
  • Understanding data flows
  • All about getting business requirements done, and solution requirements
  • Lean six sigma (ideally green belt)
  • Safe Agile cert
  • Using Lucid charts right now for process mapping/business arch.
  • Visio experience works as well
  • Might have to build out a data flow diagram, understand the interest between the data flow to the business flow, and articulate that
  • The stakeholders will be mid to higher-level individuals of functions across the board, from sales to underwriting to benefits to actuary, etc.
