Job Details

Must Haves;

Over 10 years of hands-on experience in solution design and development on the ServiceNow platform (distinct from a super-user role), with practical involvement across key modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and SecOps. GRC experience is a strong plus. Proven ability to lead technical teams (not just manage) through the full project and development lifecycle. Capable of architecting solutions to meet business and technical requirements, and guiding teams through execution.

This role requires both technical and project leadership experience being actively engaged and accountable throughout every phase of delivery. Candidates must be able to clearly articulate their individual contributions, decisions, and rationale behind project outcomes not just describe the team s achievements. Interviews will explore their depth of involvement and ability to drive projects to completion.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate clear career progression from developer to engineer, technical lead, or architect.
