JAVA Tech Lead

Introduction:
We are seeking a talented JAVA Tech Lead to join our team in Richardson, TX. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the fullstack development of Java applications. As the Qentelli Delivery person at the client site, the JAVA Tech Lead will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers in the fullstack development of Java applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java technologies
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in software development
- Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality
Requirements:
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Java programming
- Experience with fullstack development
- Proven leadership skills and experience leading a team of developers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in Java programming
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Familiarity with DevOps practices
