JAVA Tech Lead

Interview Process: 1 round in-person interview (Looking only for local candidates who can go for a F2F on an immediate basis)

Introduction:

We are seeking a talented JAVA Tech Lead to join our team in Richardson, TX. This individual will be responsible for leading a team of developers and overseeing the fullstack development of Java applications. As the Qentelli Delivery person at the client site, the JAVA Tech Lead will play a key role in delivering high-quality solutions to meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in the fullstack development of Java applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
• Design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java technologies
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in software development
• Ensure project deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java programming
• Experience with fullstack development
• Proven leadership skills and experience leading a team of developers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Java programming
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Knowledge of cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
