Senior SAP OTC Functional Consultant Onsite (5 days/week)

Location: Denver, Colorado
Duration: Long-term contract with conversion to Full Time after 6 months

Our client is initiating a major implementation and is looking for a hands-on Senior Functional Consultant (OTC) to support design, data migration, billing/invoicing, and end-to-end integration activities. This role requires strong customer-facing skills and willingness to work onsite 5 days a week with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops with Business Analysts and client teams (including Data Migration)

  • Configure end-to-end Billing and Invoicing (billing types, billing plans, credit/debit notes, resource-related, milestone & periodic billing)

  • Support integration with middleware platforms (EDI, ETL, BPM, MFT, APIGEE, etc.) and validate data flow to SAP

  • Participate in testing cycles using tools such as Panaya / HP SM / ALM

  • Troubleshoot, perform RCA, and provide functional leadership across OTC streams

  • Coordinate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Integration teams

Required Skills

Deep functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA OTC, including:

  • Order & Contract Management, Scheduling Agreements

  • 3rd-party sales, Sub-contracting

  • Intercompany Sales and STO

  • Pricing, Delivery, Shipment, Billing, AR

  • Output and Forms

  • Global Localization knowledge

  • Condition Contract Management (rebates/commissions)

  • Proforma, Advance Billing, Self-billing

  • Third-party billing integrations

Finance Exposure (Preferred)

  • Account determination (VKOA)

  • Customer payments, down payments, clearing (FBL5N, FAGLL03H etc.)

  • Knowledge of key tables (ACDOCA / BSEG)

  • Handling custom reports/programs

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and root-cause analysis ability

  • Able to work collaboratively in fast-moving implementation environments
