Director Oracle Fusion Integration & Test Team
Work Location: Preferred El Segundo/Los Angeles area OR Remote
Contract 12 Months

Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Director of Oracle Fusion Integration & Test Team to lead end-to-end integration and testing efforts across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP,SCM, etc.). This leadership role will oversee the design, execution, and governance of integration and testing strategies, ensuring enterprise-grade scalability, performance, and reliability for an ongoing Oracle Cloud migration project from EBS R12 on premises to Cloud Fusion.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams responsible for Oracle Fusion integrations and QA/testing functions.
- Define and drive the integration and testing roadmap in alignment with enterprise IT and business goals.
- Develop best practices for system integration, automation, regression, UAT, and performance testing.
Integration Oversight
- Oversee design, and delivery of iterative integration build and test, using Google Big Query, Ascend.io, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), DBCS, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Ensure seamless data flow between Oracle Fusion and third-party applications (Order Management Systems, etc.).
- Govern interface design, monitoring, and exception handling across all integrations.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Direct enterprise testing strategies covering iterative continuous testing (through development), SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and end-to-end business process validation.
- Define and enforce test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.
- Manage test environments, data provisioning, and defect tracking using tools like Alteryx, JIRA, Zephyr, etc.
Governance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and audit standards for integration and testing operations.
- Establish KPIs, quality metrics, and reporting dashboards to track team performance and system readiness.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with program managers, architects, business analysts, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of integrated solutions.
- Act as a senior escalation point for integration and QA issues impacting critical business functions.
- Present Status and program updates to Sr. Executives, including CFO
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing large integration and QA teams.
- Hands-on expertise with ETL pipelines, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), APIs, and data mapping.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules (ERP) and their data flows.
- Deep experience in test strategy development, automation, and execution in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps pipelines, and cloud-native practices.
- Need to be excellent Program Manager with executive presence.
- Need to take initiative and ownership, figuring things out with minimal direction.
- Previous experience migrating Oracle from on-premise to Cloud is a MUST
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle Cloud Certification (OIC, Fusion Applications, or Test Automation).
- PMP Certification
