Role Overview:
As a Master Data Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and accuracy of maintenance operations within our client's SAP system. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate cross-functionally, implement process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of the maintenance program.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize SAP PM/MM Master Data Management database to support maintenance operations.
- Conduct preventive maintenance forecasting using IP24 or IP19 to establish yearly calendars.
- Set up preventative maintenance frequencies, task hours, and scheduling dates within SAP.
- Drive cross-functional/team-based improvements utilizing change management fundamentals.
- Implement improvements using cLEAN or Six Sigma tools.
- Develop work plans for low to medium complexity projects executed by cross-functional teams.
- Review, summarize, and assess M9 notification requests.
- Code, route, and follow up on M9 queries with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain a live management spreadsheet of open M9s with actions and comments.
- Assign master data tasks and review the execution by the team.
- Assist with the creation and loading of new maintenance data into SAP.
- Analyze, prepare, and report on M9 status weekly.
- Review and enhance the maintenance program.
- Validate and align PCMS & SEMP Check systems and programs with SAP.
- Manage the M9 end-to-end process, ensuring compliance with procedures.
- Provide technical/maintenance review and assessment of complex M9s.
- Facilitate meetings with offshore assets and relevant project groups.
- Fulfill corporate SAP requirements as directed by senior advisors.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in SAP master data management within maintenance operations.
- 7 years of experience in the maintenance/engineering field.
- Proficiency in SAP CMMS and PM/MM modules.
- Certification in reliability systems (e.g., CMRP, CRL) is a plus.
- Certifications in SAP PM/MM Master Data Management preferred.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to navigate various software databases.
- Experience in implementing cross-functional/team-based improvements and change management.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical process equipment and utility systems is advantageous.
- Project management, change management, and stakeholder management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Four-year college degree preferred or proven equivalent experience.
