Job Details

Title: RPA Engineer
Location: Northeastern U.S. Region (Onsite)

Description:
We are seeking a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to design, build, and implement automation solutions aimed at increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual workloads. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience developing and maintaining automation workflows using widely adopted automation platforms. This position will involve collaborating with stakeholders to assess automation opportunities, integrate systems, and deliver scalable solutions that align with business objectives. The RPA Engineer will also be responsible for maintaining system performance, documentation, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Required Skills:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in the development and deployment of robotic process automation solutions.
Proficiency in designing and managing automation workflows using leading RPA tools.
Strong experience with scripting and automation using general-purpose programming languages.
Familiarity with relational databases and integration through APIs and web services.
Experience configuring scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for automation environments.
Ability to document automation logic, technical requirements, and best practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams to align technical solutions with business needs.

Desired Skills:
Experience with multiple RPA platforms is a plus.
Exposure to document processing, API integrations, or intelligent automation.
Familiarity with OCR, AI/ML, or natural language processing for advanced automation use cases.
Understanding of cloud-based environments and automation platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage priorities across multiple projects.
