Job Details
Job Title: AEM Architect
Location: Plano, TX / Atlanta, Georgia (On-site)
Locals Only for Final Round Face-to-Face (F2F) Interview
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect scalable and high-performance solutions using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to integrate AEM with Adobe CDP, Adobe Target, and other Martech tools.
- Lead the implementation of complex AEM projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and user experience best practices.
- Guide front-end development using React and Next.js, ensuring seamless integration with AEM.
- Participate in the orchestration of multi-channel campaigns and personalized content strategies.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and best practices to development teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and scalability.
Required Skills and Experience:
- AEM Certification Mandatory
- 7+ years of experience in AEM development and architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.
- Experience with Adobe CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Adobe Target.
- Familiarity with Martech platforms and campaign orchestration tools Nice to have.
- Deep understanding of front-end technologies and how they integrate with AEM.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Proven experience in leading enterprise-grade digital transformation projects.
