Compensation: $225,000-250,000 + 25% yearly bonus & equity options, pto and 401k match
Job Requirements:
- Previous experience driving revenue operations for a business above $100 million in AAR and being more of a strategic partner verses tactical leader.
- Salesforce experience
- Experience with any of the following tools: Pardot/MCAE; CPQ, Aviso, Clarion and Sequencing
- Experience Managing a team of high-performers while also being a cross-functional leader as they will work with product, marketing, sales, and customer experience
- Experience working in the Healthcare Industry
- Nice to Have: experience with EMR/EHR industry

Overview:
The Vice President of Revenue Operations is responsible for overseeing the implementation and management of programs, technologies, and resources essential to the success of the organization’s commercial functions, including Sales, Client Success, Account Management, and related departments. The position leads a team of approximately 5 professionals comprised of business analysts and data analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sr management to establish, document, and optimize sales policies, procedures, and processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Manage the tracking and reporting of sales activities, productivity metrics, and sales statistics through CRM tools in alignment with policies, procedures, plans, and forecasts.
- Oversee the creation and accuracy of executive sales dashboards and reporting, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Lead win/loss analysis and ongoing sales pipeline reviews.
- Support new product sales analysis and targeted campaigns for both existing and prospective clients.
- Meet regularly with sr sales leadership to assess needs and expectations.
- Monitor competitive landscape trends and collaborate with product management to maintain current competitive intelligence.
- Assist in evaluating new market opportunities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the sales cycle.
- Partner cross-functionally to maintain a comprehensive sales training program.
- Lead special initiatives such as market research, marketing and sales plan development, competitive analysis, and SWOT assessments.
- Assist with administration of the sales commission program.
- Perform additional duties as required to support business objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience leading operational teams and functions.
- 5 or more years of experience administering Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize a high volume of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present recommendations effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and work collaboratively across departments.
- Proven success in developing and managing annual, quarterly, and monthly budgets.
