Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- At least 10+ years of experience as a business analyst for complex Salesforce projects. And having Salesforce
- Certified Field Service Consultant Certification.
- Experience in configuring Salesforce, including workflows, automation and custom objects.
- Skilled in Core Salesforce cloud configuration and customization (both Service and Sales), declarative and programmatic Salesforce tooling, and integrating with 3rd party systems.
- Proven experience of working in a fast-paced environment, supporting the business in its adoption and progressing with solution design/build with sufficient control in place.
- Analyze new requests and define non-functional requirements and create solution design and architecture.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiar with Agile methodologies to manage and deliver projects efficiently and effectively
Roles & Responsibilities
- Should be Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud consultant.
- Should be able to translate business needs into technical solutions using the Salesforce FSL platform.
- To be involved in gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring the platform, and supporting
- implementations. To bridge the gap between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring successful FSL deployments that optimize field service operations.
- Should be Configuring Salesforce FSL, including setting up service territories, scheduling policies, work rules, and other relevant features.
- Should be Developing test cases, conducting functional testing, and providing end-user training and support for Salesforce FSL implementations.
- Should be able to Learn Continuously staying updated on the latest Salesforce FSL features, capabilities, and best practices.
