Remote Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP BRIM implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• SAP BRIM (SOM, CC, CI, FI-CA, RAR), S/4HANA, SAP ERP (SD, FI-CO), Integration Technologies (e.g., SAP PI/PO, CPI).
• Business Process Analysis, Solution Design, Requirements Gathering, Testing, Training.
• Communication (written and verbal), Client Management, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking, Teamwork, Adaptability.
• Successfully delivered at least 2 end-to-end SAP BRIM implementation projects.
• Experience in leading functional workshops and driving design decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including business users, functional consultants, and technical developers.
• Design and architect scalable SAP BRIM solutions that align with business requirements and best practices.
• Configure various components of the SAP BRIM suite, including Subscription Order Management (SOM), Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA), and Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR).
• Conduct workshops and gather detailed business requirements from stakeholders.
• Analyze existing billing and revenue processes and identify areas for improvement and standardization leveraging SAP BRIM capabilities.
• Map business processes to SAP BRIM functionalities and propose innovative solutions.
• Define integration strategies for SAP BRIM with other SAP modules (e.g., SD, FICO) and non-SAP systems.
• Collaborate with technical teams for data migration, interfaces, and custom developments.
• Develop test scripts, execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure the quality and integrity of the implemented solution.
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for system optimization, performance improvement, and process automation within the SAP BRIM landscape.
• Create comprehensive functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and client teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on SAP BRIM functionalities and industry best practices.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with at least 3/5 years specifically focused on SAP BRIM implementations.
• Proven hands-on configuration experience across multiple SAP BRIM components.
• Subscription Order Management (SOM): Product modeling, order capture, contracts.
• Convergent Charging (CC): Rating, charging, pricing, and master data setup (e.g., chargeable items, consumption items.
• Convergent Invoicing (CI): Billable item management, invoicing, collective invoicing, dispute management.
• Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable (FI-CA): Payments, dunning, account balance display, master data.
• Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR): Contract combination/separation, SSP, revenue recognition.
• Strong understanding of integration points between BRIM and other SAP modules (SD, FICO).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required (approximately [e.g., 25-50%] of the time).

Preferred:

• Master's degree or relevant SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management).
• Experience with S/4HANA implementations.
• Knowledge of SAP C/4HANA (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) integration with BRIM.
• Experience in the telecommunications, utilities, media, or high-tech industries.
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies.
