Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support and resolution for server problems.
- Monitors, troubleshoots, and maintains server software and hardware and related management tools.
- Supports servers throughout PGBA.
- Upgrading server software to meet security findings.
- 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in computer science, Information Technology, or another job-related degree
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server
- Business Objects
- Experience with SFTP
- Well versed with Java
