Integration Support Engineer

Location: Culver City / Los Angeles, CA
Onsite 4 Days per Week (No Remote Option)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Integration Support Engineer to support enterprise integration workflows and application stability across ETL, EDI, and automation pipelines. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with IBM Datastage, Unix/Linux scripting, Control-M, API workflows, and AWS environments. This role focuses on troubleshooting, monitoring, automation, code migration, and operational improvements in a fast-moving production environment.

Must-Have Qualifications

6+ years hands-on experience with IBM Datastage
Experience with Unix/Linux, shell scripting, cron scheduling, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience with Python programming (debugging & scripting enhancements)
Strong experience with relational databases (Oracle, MS SQL preferred)
Comfortable working onsite 4 days/week in Culver City, CA

Good to Have Skills

• Exposure to Snowflake platform

• Experience with EDI concepts and order processing workflows

• Familiarity with webMethods, API Gateway, AWS services, or DevOps tools

• Understanding of Gentran mappings, mailbox transfers, and integration logic

Core Responsibilities

• Monitor and troubleshoot failures in Datastage applications and Unix execution layers

• Perform code deployment, job unlocks, role/user provisioning, and defect fixes

• Work with IBM support for platform or configuration-level escalations

• Enhance and maintain automation scripts using Shell and Python

• Monitor and manage scheduled workflows and job failures

• Configure and update Unix/Linux and SAP job scheduling rules

• Maintain workload policies, upgrade/install new agents, and maintain calendars

• Support PagerDuty alerting, automation, and remediation workflows

• Maintain and troubleshoot EDI maps, mailbox integrations, and FTP or secure transfer scripts

• Debug custom Java or stored procedure logic supporting EDI workflows

• Support application migrations, upgrades, and production audit tasks

• Solid troubleshooting mindset with ability to resolve issues under SLA pressure
