Job Details
Job Title: Sr. Systems Engineer
Location: Richmond, VA Onsite, 3 days/week (No exceptions)
Interview: In-person only (No virtual interviews)
(Local candidates required)
Job Descripiton:
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2008/2012/2016/2019, including Active Directory, Group Policies, SSL Certificates, and Firewall Configuration.
- Administer and support ArcGIS Server and ArcGIS Workflow Manager Server (v10.5.1 10.9.1+).
- Configure and maintain Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Web Adaptors, and Load-Balanced ArcGIS Server environments.
- Publish and deploy ArcGIS Map Documents (MXD, SD, SDE, AGS, JTC files).
- Perform server installations, patching, and performance tuning.
- Use monitoring tools such as SCCM, SCOM, or NAGIOS to track system performance.
- Troubleshoot system issues, manage server uptime, and support web/app deployments.
- Work collaboratively with system engineering teams and provide after-hours/on-call support as needed.
- Review and refine existing system processes and documentation.
