Job Details

Currently seeking a highly skilled IT Engineer with deep experience in IDMC (Informatica's SAAS platform Intelligent Data Management on Cloud) and Self-Service Workbench. This role requires a strong background in cloud engineering, automation, and production support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on experience with AWS services, scripting, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and GitLab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, configure, and manage IDMC and Self-Service Workbench

  • Set up Informatica cloud environments and maintain integrations

  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and application deployment using Terraform, GitLab, Ansible, or Python

  • Write efficient Unix shell scripts and Python code for automation tasks

  • Manage and support AWS services including EC2, SSM, CloudFormation, CloudWatch, and Lambda

  • Work with big data tools such as Spark, PySpark, Amazon EMR/Hadoop, and AWS Glue (preferred)

  • Create and use reusable Terraform modules for consistent deployments (preferred)

  • Provide 24/7 production support, including troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system uptime

  • Communicate technical issues and solutions clearly to cross-functional teams and clients

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Hands-on experience with Informatica IDMC (Cloud) and Self-Service Workbench

  • Experience setting up and developing Informatica Cloud environments

  • Strong knowledge of Python, Unix Shell scripting, and automation

  • Experience provisioning and managing infrastructure using Terraform, GitLab, and Ansible

  • In-depth experience with AWS services (EC2, SSM, CloudWatch, Lambda, etc.)

  • Solid troubleshooting and production support experience in a 24/7 support model

  • Excellent communication, technical presentation, and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Amazon EMR, Spark, PySpark, AWS Glue

  • Familiarity with Terraform module design and optimization

  • Background in a fast-paced consulting or enterprise environment
