Piper Companies is seeking a Remote Senior Analyst - Systems and Financial Projects to join a transformative finance and accounting team. The Senior Analyst will play a critical role in the administration, optimization, and transformation of financial systems, supporting the transition to a consolidated ERP platform and driving process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities of the Senior Analyst - Systems and Financial Projects include:
- Lead and support the transition from legacy ERP systems to a new consolidated ERP solution
- Administer financial systems, including user setup, role maintenance, and system configurations
- Coordinate monthly system tasks such as FX loading and module closings
- Evaluate and test system patches and enhancements in collaboration with technical teams
- Gather and document business requirements and process flows; assist in Fit/Gap analyses
- Support the development of Standard Operating Procedures and workflow diagrams
- Monitor RAID logs and proactively mitigate project risks
- Lead user acceptance testing and ensure all exit criteria are met
- Consolidate and validate large datasets for historical clean-up and conversions
- Monitor financial exception reports and support ongoing system improvements
Qualifications for the Senior Analyst - Systems and Financial Projects:
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial systems or project-based roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Visio is required
- Strong understanding of project management cycles and financial systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Experience implementing or supporting finance systems is highly preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT (with an accounting focus
Compensation for the Senior Analyst - Systems and Financial Projects:
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000
