Job Details

We're working with a cybersecurity company based in Austin, TX (2 days/week onsite). This company is a leader in Cybercrime Analytics and their platform helps protect billions of accounts worldwide by preventing cyberattacks, ransomware, and online fraud.

They're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer who's excited to build and maintain secure, scalable cloud infrastructure that powers critical data pipelines, APIs, and GenAI systems. If you're passionate about both cloud engineering and using AI to build smarter systems, this is an opportunity to apply your skills in a mission-driven environment. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary depending on experience.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of DevOps experience supporting production environments, preferably SaaS or cloud services
  • Strong working knowledge of AWS (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Terraform (or similar tools), Ansible, AWS CLI/SDK, Boto
  • Scripting with Python or Bash in Linux environments
  • Hands-on experience with GenAI systems building
  • AWS FedRAMP experience
  • Demonstrated use of GenAI coding tools like Claude, Cursor, or similar
  • Experience with CI/CD, automation, and monitoring
  • Familiarity with security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001) and implementing secure infrastructure
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience supporting AI/ML systems or infrastructure
  • Knowledge of release automation, system debugging, and secure system design
  • Experience with compliance frameworks for cloud security
  • Exposure to infrastructure powering large-scale data mining or ETL workflows

  • 60% AWS Infrastructure (EC2, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS, Lambda)
  • 30% CI/CD, Automation, & Monitoring
  • 10% AI/ML Infrastructure Support

Daily Responsibilities
  • 70% Hands-On Engineering & Implementation
  • 20% Infrastructure Planning, Scaling, and Automation
  • 10% Security & Compliance Implementation
