Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement Leadership:
Lead process enhancements across correspondence workflows and reporting systems.
Apply Lean principles to streamline operations, eliminate waste (TIMWOODs), and improve cycle times.
Correspondence Management:
Oversee the full lifecycle of internal and external correspondences.
Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant communication aligned with regulatory and stakeholder expectations.
Identify and remove inefficiencies using Lean tools.
Visual Management & KPI Development:
Design and implement visual management systems (e.g., 1-3-10 framework) aligned with Lean practices.
Define, track, and report KPIs to support continuous improvement and data-driven decisions.
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving:
Use structured problem-solving and root cause analysis to address operational challenges.
Leverage Lean thinking to evaluate trade-offs, mitigate risks, and drive innovation.
Program Governance & Reporting:
Develop and maintain Lean-aligned program charters, roadmaps, and implementation plans.
Guide cross-functional teams through initiative lifecycles-from chartering to sustainment.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Facilitate workshops and reviews to align on goals, metrics, and outcomes.
