Position Summary
The Enterprise Hybrid Cloud & Cybersecurity Engineering Manager is a strategic and technical leader responsible for our Hybrid Cloud Enablement team, designing, delivering, and securing enterprise-scale hybrid cloud platforms and cloud native capabilities. This exciting new role leads a team of engineers focused on building, enabling and maintaining secure-by-design hybrid cloud infrastructure, cloud native services and cybersecurity capabilities that are resilient, performant, scalable and aligned with business goals.
A key focus of this role and team is enablement-providing secure, automated, and self-service infrastructure and cloud native capabilities that empower application development teams to deliver business value faster, with greater consistency and quality. The manager will champion platform engineering principles, infrastructure-as-code, and DevSecOps practices to streamline delivery pipelines and reduce friction across the software development lifecycle.
This leader collaborates closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and business stakeholders to ensure that cloud and security strategies are integrated, compliant, and future-ready. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong leadership, communication, and change management skills and is passionate about embracing future technology enabled capabilities

Key Responsibilities
- Manages and leads a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure assignments are completed in accordance with established guidelines and advice on conflicting priorities. Understands the overall organizational vision and collaborates with management to set team goals that translate into actionable plans at the team level, inspiring and empowering their team to deliver with a business-oriented focus. Maintains a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement and leads the team through periods of change, aligning technical initiatives with business goals and digital transformation efforts.
- Develops and implements strategic plans for digital infrastructure engineering, driving product and capability roadmaps that enable innovative, customer centric, cost effective and scalable enterprise solutions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to identify technology needs, business requirements and opportunities and works with internal IT groups to provide effective, scalable, secure and resilient solutions to address business needs. Develops continuous improvement techniques.
- Ensures the availability, reliability, and security of technology systems, implementing appropriate measures to protect sensitive information and prevent disruptions.
- Plan, resource, and provide direction and technical leadership for medium to high-complexity IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Manages the department project portfolio effectively through governance and planning processes.
- Assists in the development and management of the department budget, tracking expenses, and ensures that resources are allocated effectively to meet business requirements.
- Stays abreast of the latest technology trends, industry advancements, and regulatory changes, and makes recommendations for adopting new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Assesses and identifies technology needs and opportunities, making recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, or replacements. Continuously seeks opportunities to optimize processes and workflows.
- Partners with leadership to develop strong business cases for technology initiatives.
- Assists in the development of IT policies, procedures, and standards that are in line with area of responsibility and industry standards. Ensures compliance with established policies, procedures, and standards.
- Responsible for recruitment, development, retention, performance management of talent to meet needs of the business.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, Cybersecurity, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree required.
- 10+ years of diversified IT experience required.
- 3+years of experience directly leading professional staff required.
- Experience with and knowledge of hybrid cloud platforms and cloud native services required.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, frameworks and technologies preferred.
- Experience delivering infrastructure capabilities through the use of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD and DevSecOps practices preferred.
- Experience and/or certification in ITIL/ITSM, Agile, DevSecOps, Azure preferred.
