Responsibilities

  • Support research projects by monitoring activities and organizing data efficiently.
  • Facilitate communication by addressing stakeholder inquiries and directing them to the right team members.
  • Ensure project progress by tracking feedback and maintaining communication records.
  • Contribute to the creation of reports and suggest improvements for project processes.
  • Attend meetings to provide updates and support deliverable creation as needed.

Skills

  • Associate’s Degree with a strong foundation in customer service and high-volume processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree and the ability to quickly adapt to new systems and software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to foster a collaborative work environment.
