Elite Technical is seeking multiple Tech Sales / Account Executives to support our client, a IT SaaS organization, in a remote/FTE position. We are seeking mid-market sales executives who demonstrates clear ownership and customer focus by driving full-cycle IT sales motions, managing both outbound and inbound pipeline, and showing discipline in follow-through and forecasting accuracy. The successful candidate will have previously used mutual action plans, MEDDPICC, SNAP, CHAMP, Spin Selling or a similar methodologies, and take full accountability for advancing deals. They are customer centric in how they structure their outreach, discovery, and solution alignment, especially in fast-moving, competitive evaluations.
Ultimately, this role requires sellers who are consistent operators, sharp communicators, and self-driven to hit and exceed targets in a quota-carrying role!
- 5+ years of proven hunting & closing experience in a IT SaaS environment.
- Experience at smaller organizations and mid-sized to large organizations selling minimum of $80,000 deals
- Evangelical sales experience (i.e. Revtech, non CRM or Major or Martech, non MAP)
- Must have one or more of the following Sales Methodologies: CHAMP Selling, Solution Selling, The Challenger Sale, Consultative Selling, MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, SNAP Selling, Spin Selling, Target-account-selling
- Experience establishing strategic C-level relationships within Mid-Market software accounts
- Platform selling experience, not solely point solutions
- Evangelical selling experience (i.e. Revtech (non CRM), Martech (non MAP))
- Ability to run a full sales lifecycle, start to finish, within the Mid Market segment
- Experience executing detailed product presentations and web demonstrations of our software capabilities to C-level executives, VPs, directors, and sales managers
- Experience selling $80k+ deals consistently.
- Adept at identifying and utilizing internal resources (Sales Development, Sales Engineers, etc.) to build Salesloft brand awareness, assist in sales cycles, and close deals
- Superb listening skills; you must understand objections and defeat them by turning skeptics into ecstatic new customers
- High level of empathy - it-s important for our sales executives to be a good person to peers and prospects
- Experience hunting net-new customers in greenfield territory
- Consistent history of quota attainment & overachievement
