This Systems Analyst recruitment is to place a highly qualified, detail-oriented and technically proficient Systems Analyst to support a core Oracle application. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting technical analysis, grooming the product backlog, and maintaining comprehensive documentation to support ongoing development and operational needs.

responsibilities:
Perform in-depth technical analysis of Oracle-based systems and workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine and prioritize the application backlog.
Create and maintain clear, accurate documentation for system processes and enhancements.
Support administrative functions including:
- Application deployment certification processes.
- Preparation and submission of waiver documentation.
- Representing DAFS Applications in MaineIT's Change Management processes.
qualifications:
Proven experience with Oracle applications and enterprise systems analysis.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and backlog grooming practices.
Experience with IT administrative processes, including change management and deployment support
