Director - Enterprise Services

Overview: As Enterprise Delivery Director with expertise in automation and a background in consulting services with offshore delivery model experience, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the organization's infrastructure and network service line of Stefanini NA/APAC.. This position requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and hands-on experience in implementing automation solutions to enhance operational efficiency.



Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure and network service delivery aligned with the overall business objectives.Provide visionary leadership to the infrastructure and network teams, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business requirements and align technology solutions accordingly.

Automation Expertise:Leverage automation tools and technologies to streamline infrastructure and network service delivery reducing manual intervention and improving efficiency.Identify opportunities for the implementation of DevOps practices to enhance the speed and reliability of infrastructure deployments and network configurations.

Consulting Services:Draw upon consulting experience to understand client needs and deliver tailored infrastructure and network solutions.Collaborate with clients to assess existing infrastructure, provide recommendations for improvement, and ensure successful project delivery.

Offshore Delivery Model:Oversee and run the offshore delivery model, ensuring effective collaboration between onshore and offshore teams.Develop and maintain strong relationships with offshore partners, monitoring service delivery and ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

Team Management:Lead a high-performance team of infrastructure and network professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.Foster a culture of continuous learning and development to keep the team's skills up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Risk Management:Identify potential risks related to infrastructure and network operations and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards, taking a proactive approach to cybersecurity.

Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing infrastructure and network operations.Strong background in implementing automation solutions and optimizing processes.Extensive experience in a consulting services environment with a focus on infrastructure and network solutions.In-depth knowledge of offshore delivery models and successful collaboration with offshore teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.Relevant certifications (e.g., ITSM,PMP) are a plus.
