RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in SLC that is seeking a local Utah candidate for a UX/UI Product Designer role. They will help develop innovative Technoloy solutions for the manufacturing and defense industries. The UX/UI Product Designer will contribute to creation and refinement of user-centered digital interfaces that enhance user experience and align with our cutting-edge technology.
Responsibilities:
* Design and refine user-centered digital interfaces for Palladyne AI apps
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure alignment and integration of design solutions
* Maintain a strong understanding of design systems, user research, and prototyping
* Contribute creative and practical solutions that enhance product usability and visual consistency
* Participate in onsite collaboration at our Salt Lake City office 2 to 3 days per week
REQUIREMENTS:
* College degree not required but nice to have - years of experience outweigh degree
* 2-3+ years of professional experience
* Experience working in Figma, Maze, and Jira
* Portfolio shared during the initial screening call
* Strong understanding of design systems, user research, and prototyping
* Experience with tools such as Figma, Maze, and Jira
* Previous experience working on technology solutions for the workplace on desktop and tablet platforms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
