Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Project Manager with a strong ERP background to lead end-to-end implementations. The primary focus will be on Finance, HCM, and SCM modules, with secondary exposure to PPM, EPM, and CX.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP projects from planning to go-live.
- Oversee Finance (GL, AP, AR, FA), HCM (Core HR, Payroll), and SCM (Procurement, Inventory) modules.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical/functional teams.
- Ensure on-time delivery, data migration, testing, and user training.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in ERP Project Management, 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Strong functional knowledge in Finance, HCM, SCM; working knowledge of PPM, EPM, CX.
- Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- PMP/PRINCE2 or Oracle certifications preferred.
