Job Description:
Apex Systems is currently hiring for an HR Consultant in the Southern California area.
The position is designated as Remote, with candidates being required to be located in the Southern California area.
Job Title: HR Consultant
Location: Remote (must reside in Southern California)
Overview:
The HR Consultant plays a critical role in driving strategic HR initiatives across the organization. This role partners closely with leadership to implement company-wide programs such as salary reviews, workforce planning, and organizational change. The HR Consultant serves as a trusted advisor to both management and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to foster a high-performing and engaged workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and implementation of the client HR roadmap and initiatives, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
Contribute to the planning and delivery of the IT HR Strategic Roadmap.
Coach managers and employees to enhance leadership, managerial, and team capabilities with both tactical and long-term perspectives.
Conduct thorough and timely investigations, ensuring complete and accurate documentation.
Identify and coordinate training solutions that support cultural transformation and organizational development.
Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, retention, compensation, staffing, terminations, organizational design, development planning, and change management.
Interpret and uphold HR policies and practices, ensuring consistency and compliance across the organization.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational effectiveness.
