Technical Support Analyst (Contract)

Looking for a hands-on Technical Support Analyst who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and keeping technology running smoothly. This role blends desk-side support with remote troubleshooting in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work is noticed and appreciated.

What You ll Do

  • Provide a mix of on-site (about 60%) and remote/phone (about 40%) technical support

  • Handle Level II III incidents and service requests, while also resolving Level I issues as needed

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related problems

  • Confirm issue resolution with internal users and document outcomes in the ticketing system

  • Partner closely with infrastructure, security, application, database, and governance teams

  • Follow and support established IT security standards and best practices

  • Create and maintain a clear knowledge base documentation

  • Contribute ideas that improve service delivery and user experience

  • Juggle multiple support requests and projects without breaking a sweat

  • Support additional tasks or special initiatives as they come up

Role Details
This is a contract position that will run through August 14, 2026. You ll primarily support two offices in the Dallas and Grapevine areas, with occasional support across the DFW region. Flexibility matters some on-call time, off-hours, or weekend work may be required.

What You Bring

  • 6+ years of technical support or help desk experience

  • Strong Windows and Microsoft Office support skills

  • Experience with Active Directory and basic network troubleshooting

  • Ability to image, re-image, configure PCs, and install approved applications

  • Familiarity with email spam filtering tools and endpoint encryption validation

  • Solid desk-side support experience and a customer-first mindset

  • Clear communication and strong documentation habits

  • Valid driver s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and ability to transport IT equipment

  • Willingness to use your personal cell phone for work calls/texts

  • Ability to pass background and drug screening (excluding marijuana)
