Trigyn's direct government client in Austin, Texas has a requirement for a Senior DevOps Engineer. The particulars of the opportunity are below:
Description:
Works with IT developers to facilitate better coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. DevOps aims at coupling a tighter alignment between IT operations and businesses.
Skilled DevOps Engineer to design and implement cloud-native solutions on AWS, enabling scalable, secure, and automated application delivery. This role will focus on building robust CI/CD pipelines, automation, and operational excellence for modern cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
? Design and implement cloud-native architectures leveraging AWS services.
? Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments and testing.
? Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
? Implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions to ensure system reliability.
? Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to optimize workflows and enforce best practices.
? Drive automation initiatives to reduce manual effort and improve system scalability.
Mandatory Qualifications:
? Strong experience with AWS services (EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC).
? Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, AWS CodePipeline).
? Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, AWS CloudFormation).
? Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
? Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, ELK stack).
? Familiarity with Linux administration, scripting (Python, Bash), and version control (Git).
? Knowledge of observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
? Familiarity with performance tuning and high-availability strategies.
? Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven workflows.
