Description
One of TEKsystems largest professional services clients is looking for a strong storage resource to support their public sector clients.
This is a client facing role on client site site.
1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
Acts as your primary on-site contact for all technical matters.
Diagnoses and resolves hardware/software issues across systems.
Coordinates with senior support teams for complex issues.
2. Infrastructure Monitoring & Maintenance
Monitors the health, performance, and utilization of infrastructure.
Performs routine maintenance, firmware upgrades, and diagnostics.
Supports lifecycle activities such as replacements and hardware expansions.
3. Deployment & Configuration
Assists with deployment and expansion of infrastructure.
Configures and optimizes systems for performance and reliability.
Ensures smooth integration with your existing IT environment.
4. Customer Advocacy
Act as "Customer Success Manager" by liaising with the support groups to ensure the incidents are attended in a timely manner.
Represents your technical needs
Ensures alignment between your business goals and solutions.
Provides feedback on product performance and potential improvements.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintains accurate records of system configurations and changes.
Delivers regular status updates and performance insights.
Assists with compliance documentation and audit readiness.
6. Proactive Support & Strategic Guidance
Identifies potential issues before they impact operations.
Recommends best practices for tuning, scaling, and future growth.
Performs health checks and contributes to long-term planning.
7. Knowledge Sharing & Staff Enablement
Provide documentation, walkthroughs, or live demos when needed on systems and tools.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.
