RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking an FS MEAN, JavaScript, Azure in Westlake, TX.
Summary:
Our client is currently seeking a Software Engineer to join their Foundational Tools Solutions Engineering Team. It is a fast paced, dynamic environment with interactions and many enterprise applications, incorporating cloud technology ensuring the efficient internal associate experience relating to event management and support microservices. The candidate must be Full Stack focused with strong collaboration skills to be able to work well with fellow developers, user experience designers, and quality assurance engineers across a distributed team.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent
* Five or more years of experience in a software development related role
* Experience in developing and supporting applications in the MEAN stack
* Azure and/or AWS experience
* Proven understanding of the event management within the ITSM framework
* An understanding of RESTful API based web services
* Frameworks: JavaScript and AngularJS
* Awareness of container technology such as docker
* Comfortable as a self-starter - able to act independently under general direction
* An Innovative Approach
* Ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups, both in person and virtually, in a constructive and collaborative manner and build and maintain effective relationships
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
