Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strong background in Field Service Operations (FSO) and system integrations. This role involves developing and maintaining scalable, robust solutions within the ServiceNow platform, with a particular focus on FSO module customization, third-party tool integrations, and process automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and configure custom solutions and enhancements in ServiceNow FSO (Field Service Operations).
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Customize and extend ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Flow Designer, Script Includes, and Business Rules.
- Create and manage work order processes, dispatch rules, field technician scheduling, and mobile configurations.
- Develop and maintain Management Zones, SLAs, and reporting dashboards to monitor FSO performance.
- Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and implement them on the platform.
- Support ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules as needed for integration with FSO workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.
- Document solutions, create user guides, and provide support during UAT and post-deployment.
- 3 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Field Service Operations (FSO) module.
- Proficient in developing and consuming REST/SOAP web services.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting techniques.
- Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party system integrations.
- Working knowledge of CMDB, ITSM modules, and ServiceNow Mobile configurations.
- Familiarity with Agile / Scrum development environments.
- Experience with ServiceNow Scoped Applications is a plus.
- ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CAD, or FSO-specific certs) preferred.
