RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Change Management Communications Specialist in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
Summary:
This role supports major product and platform rollouts by coordinating internal communications and change management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level professional with a background in digital transformation and a passion for driving clarity, alignment, and engagement across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
* Change Management Communications Specialist will coordinate and facilitate internal communications for major launches and transformation initiatives
* Support product rollout planning and execution, ensuring timely and effective messaging
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with business goals
* Develop and deliver content that supports organizational change, including training materials, announcements, and stakeholder updates
* As a Change Management Communications Specialist, you will monitor communication effectiveness and adjust strategies based on feedback and engagement metrics
* Serve as a liaison between leadership and operational teams to ensure consistent messaging and change adoption
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in change management, internal communications, or digital transformation
* Strong writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable working in hybrid settings with a strong preference for on-site presence
* Proven ability to grow into more senior responsibilities over time
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
