Job Title: Ethics & Compliance/Legal Communication & Awareness Program Manager Job ID: 25-10493 Location: Remote PST hours Duration: 03 months on W2 contract
- Years of experience: 5-10 as a Communication & Awareness Ethics & Compliance/Legal PM
Job Description:
- Support development and distribution of internal communications and awareness campaigns that promote ethical behavior and reinforce key compliance topics (e.g., data privacy, anti-bribery, conflicts of interest).
- Partner with Legal, HR, Corporate Communications, and L&D to align messaging and ensure consistent delivery of training and policy updates across platforms and audiences.
- Collaborate with internal communications and branding teams to ensure ethics and compliance messaging is clear, consistent, and engaging.
- Support ongoing compliance awareness by helping to identify training needs, coordinate subject matter expert input, and manage content updates.
- Maintain project plans, documentation, and stakeholder updates to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Contribute to the development and refresh of onboarding content to ensure new employees understand core compliance expectations from day one.
Compensation:
The hourly rate for this position is between $62.00-$65.00 per hour.
