Title: Business Process Analyst

Location: King of Prussia, PA
Employment Type: Contract

Compensation
Pay Range:$56.35-$80.50/Hrs

Description
Define and redefine business processes related to customer journeys and call centers.
Capture business requirements and identify testing scenarios.
Coordinate with technology architects for solution definition.
Work with cross-functional teams including customer operations and IT professionals.
Facilitate architecture and design of cross-platform integrations.
Engage in process improvements for integrated systems.

Key Responsibilities
Define business processes impacting customer journeys.
Capture and document business requirements.
Coordinate solutions with technology architects.
Facilitate design of cross-platform integrations.
Coordinate with project managers and IT partners.

Qualifications
Preferred local or regional presence; remote possible with travel required at key stages.
Experience in a hybrid waterfall/agile environment.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills across various formats.
Organizational skills to lead discussions and initiatives.
