Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Production Artist with expertise in Adobe InDesign to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is an ongoing consulting position, offering part-time hours and an opportunity to contribute to high-quality proposal production and layout projects. Must work onsite in Philadelphia, PA. The ideal candidate is meticulous, thrives independently, and excels at ensuring precision in text alignment, formatting, and template adjustments.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Adobe InDesign to produce and refine proposal documents and templates with a high degree of accuracy.
Adjust text boxes, layouts, fonts, and rows to ensure alignment and consistency across all materials.
Maintain strict attention to detail while managing the formatting and organization of brochures and print production files.
Work independently to meet deadlines and deliver precise, high-quality results.
Collaborate with team members to clarify requirements and address any critical issues.
Follow established guidelines to ensure all materials meet high standards and client expectations.
Manage multiple tasks within a part-time schedule, adhering to project timelines.
Select and implement appropriate templates for proposal documents, ensuring optimal usability and presentation.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Adobe InDesign in a production environment.
Proficiency in creating and editing templates, as well as managing complex layouts.
Strong knowledge of print production processes and proposal document formatting.
Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Critical thinking skills and the ability to seek clarification when necessary.
Availability to work 20-23 hours per week on-site, adhering to the selected schedule.
Ability to consistently deliver high-quality results under time constraints.
