  • Build, evaluate, and deploy models that analyze multimodal data and support business decision-making.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art deep learning techniques, neural networks, and ML algorithms to generate insights and enhance automation.
  • Design and maintain machine learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability and reliability for engineering, data science, and analytics teams.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Data Science, Product, and Engineering, to drive AI-driven innovations.

Preferred Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing AI/ML solutions.
  • Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent experience in ML system design and deployment).
  • Proficiency in ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and XGBoost.
  • MLOps expertise, including orchestration, cloud computing, and monitoring tools.
  • Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud AI tools.
  • Strong background in data engineering, including SQL, data pipelines, and large-scale storage solutions.
  • Knowledge of LLM-related tools, such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, Azure AI Studio, and vector databases.
  • Familiarity with big data frameworks (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
  • Solid grasp of software engineering best practices, including continuous integration (CI/CD), testing, and code reviews.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Preferred Qualifications
  • 7-10 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or related roles.
  • Experience with financial, collections, or revenue cycle management systems is a plus but not required.

Required Skills :
Hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models
Expertise in MLOps and cloud platforms
Proficiency in building AI/ML pipelines
