Who are we looking for:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with 4-5 years of experience and a strong background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyze data, and collaborate with technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions that leverage AI and ML technologies. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals who are passionate about leveraging AI/ML to drive business insights and improve operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business processes, goals, and technical requirements.
AI/ML Insights: Identify areas where AI/ML solutions can be applied to solve business problems, improve processes, or enhance customer experiences.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights. Support the team in understanding AI/ML outputs and their impact on business processes.
Model Development Support: Work closely with data scientists and AI/ML engineers to define project scope, data requirements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Business Process Improvement: Provide recommendations for process optimizations, using AI/ML insights, that align with organizational goals.
Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and present clear, concise reports, dashboards, and presentations on AI/ML-driven business solutions for senior management and stakeholders.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with cross-functional teams, including developers, data scientists, and business leaders, to ensure alignment on AI/ML project goals.
Testing & Validation: Support the testing and validation of AI/ML models to ensure that solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
Change Management: Assist in driving the adoption of AI/ML solutions within the organization by preparing users for process and technology changes.
Market Research: Stay up to date on AI/ML trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative solutions to the business.
Technical Skills Must Have
Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and applications.
Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
