Systems Analyst in Raleigh

Immediate need for a talented Systems Analyst in Raleigh. This is a 12+ months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Durham, NC(Hybrid;1 week onsite until September; starting in September will go to 2 weeks). Pay Range: $50 - $55/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners, understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations regarding system functionality.
• This individual will work closely with development teams, stakeholders, technology leads, and agile teams to ensure the successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps.
• It s a fast-paced environment where decisions are customer-centric, collaborative, and iterative.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, building batch applications, uses case development, story writing, set-up/configuration of systems, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
• Experience leading a large-scale project or initiative with a complex ecosystem.
• Proven capacity to lead analysis of business systems and/or business processes to identify user needs, document requirements, sequence UML, and address operation/ process issues/ improvements to accomplish business objectives.
• Ability to address operation/process issues and experience with API testing.
