Manager, Adobe Experience Manager Technology

We're looking for an experienced AEM Group Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for creating personalized web experiences and leading technical initiatives, we want to hear from you!

What you ll do:

• Lead software releases for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), working with both traditional ("headful") and modern ("headless") setups.
• Partner with business teams to understand project needs and plan AEM environment requirements.
• Work with management to create and carry out staffing and operational plans.
• Help set department goals for both the short and long term.
• Keep an eye on our service delivery and report on how we're doing.
• Translate marketing ideas and business needs into technical plans and effective solutions.

What you ll bring:

• Hands-on experience with AEM in both headful and headless deployments.
• Experience with Adobe Launch and Adobe Target.
• Web development and architecture, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• A solid understanding of marketing and how to use marketing technology (MarTech) to create personalized web experiences.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean), with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with modern software development practices like DevOps, test automation, test-driven development, and Site Reliability Engineering.
• Excellent communication skills you'll be able to explain complex technical concepts to anyone, from engineers to executives.
• An undergraduate degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
